Stuart Watts

Stuart is a highly experienced transportation and highways professional with a wealth of knowledge gained in the Middle East and United Kingdom.  During his time in the Middle East he has been the transport lead on a variety of development projects, providing transportation and mobility advice to clients such as the Roads and Transport Authority, Integrated Transport Centre, DP World, Dubai Airports, Nakheel and Emaar.

Whilst in the UK he has recently been the design lead on a number of Active Travel Fund projects within Hertfordshire County Council, along with developing mobility solutions for Heathrow Airport in relation to the airside road network and potential replacement of the Terminal 4 Short Stay Car Park.

Now living in the UAE again, having previously lived here from 2007-2017, he is aware of the changes to transport that have occurred and the challenges that this has placed on the transportation network.  He is keen to see high levels of design incorporated to meet current and future mobility challenges.
