Thomas Wigley


Thomas has over 20 years’ experience in the Middle East and focusses on infrastructure, power and water and oil and gas work across the region, although he is based in Oman.  He has a long track record of advising governments and project companies on power and water deals, including Sembcorp, ACWA, OPWP, FEWA, DEWA and EWA. He is currently involved in advising on several large scale infrastructure projects across a wide variety of sectors, including oil & gas, ports and infrastructure developments.

Thomas is the resident managing partner of the firm’s Oman office and also runs the firm’s regional energy practice. He is a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators and speaks and writes regularly on energy related matters.
